WHAT IS AND IS NOT BEING LICENSED

The timetable facts in this package are the operators' own filings, gathered from publicly
published GTFS feeds through Transitous (https://transitous.org). Facts are not owned by
anybody, and this licence does not purport to license them.

What is licensed is the compilation: the selection of corridors, the arrangement of the
tables, the identifiers minted here, the resolved stop positions and every derived column.

THE EU DATABASE RIGHT

Directive 96/9/EC creates a sui generis right in a database that is the product of substantial
investment, separate from copyright and separate from any right in the contents. To the extent
that right subsists in this compilation, it is licensed on the same CC BY 4.0 terms. CC BY 4.0
covers sui generis database rights expressly at section 4 of the licence, and nothing here
narrows that.

SOURCE FEED LICENCES

Individual source feeds carry their own licences, which vary by operator and by country and
are listed by Transitous. If you intend to redistribute the underlying feed data rather than
this compilation, check those.

NO WARRANTY

Offered as-is. This is a snapshot of filed timetables taken on named dates, not a real-time
service and not a guarantee that any departure ran.
