Discontinued. The Indrail Pass was a Eurail-style unlimited-travel pass for foreign nationals, sold in periods from half a day to 90 days across three classes, letting holders travel without booking individual point-to-point tickets. It was withdrawn by Railway Board order (letter no. 2016/Tourism/120/1, dated 19 September 2017), which also ended the associated General Sales Agent network; passes already issued remained valid to their original expiry but no new passes have been sold since. No direct replacement pass has been introduced. The closest current option for foreign visitors is the ordinary Foreign Tourist Quota on IRCTC, which lets travellers book individual confirmed tickets up to 365 days ahead using a passport, but this is a booking quota, not a pass.
