A pass. You buy a number of travel days and then use participating services in United Kingdom without buying a ticket for each journey.

- What it covers
- Unlimited travel on the National Rail network across England, Scotland and Wales, including Heathrow Express, Gatwick Express and Stansted Express. Excludes Eurostar, London Underground, buses and other metro systems.
- Who can buy it
- Sold only to people who do not live in Great Britain. British passport holders can buy it if they have not lived in the UK for the last six months and can prove foreign residence. Discounted rates apply for children 5 to 15, youth 16 to 25, seniors 60 and over, and groups of 3 to 9.
- How long it lasts
- Flexible passes for 2, 3, 4 or 8 days of travel within 1 month, or 15 days of travel within 2 months. Consecutive passes for 2, 3, 4, 8, 15, 22 days or 1 month of continuous travel. Available in First or Standard class.
- What it costs
- No stable price figure is published on the official page itself (pricing appears to be generated dynamically through the booking flow rather than shown as static text). Not verified.
- Seat reservations
- Not required for ordinary National Rail trains. Required for the Caledonian Sleeper and Night Riviera Sleeper, where a berth must be booked.
- What catches people out
- Cannot be bought once in Britain, only purchased in advance online or through agents outside the UK, up to 11 months ahead. Excludes Eurostar and all Underground/metro/bus travel. Refunds are available on unused, unvalidated passes minus an administrative fee; activated passes cannot be refunded.
