Passes and railcards

Every pass and railcard worth knowing about, checked at the source

Interrail, the Deutschland-Ticket, the Japan Rail Pass, BritRail, Carte Avantage and the rest, with the issuer's own terms and the page they came from. Where a country has no scheme at all, this says so.

We do not sell any of these

Every scheme on this page is bought from the company that issues it, not from us. We list them because choosing between a pass and point to point tickets is one of the hardest decisions in rail travel and almost nobody sets the facts out plainly.

The prices Orlero quotes are point to point and do not yet take a pass or a railcard into account. Applying a discount card to a fare needs the supplier capability model that phase eleven of our build plan covers, and it is not built. When it is, a card on your profile will change the prices you see in search rather than at checkout.

A pass only pays for itself against the journeys you actually make. Ask Ori for the trip and it will price the point to point fares our network holds, which is the number a pass has to beat.
