Terms
Bu belge şimdilik yalnızca İngilizce olarak mevcuttur. Sitenin geri kalanı değil.
These terms govern your use of Orlero. They are written to be read, because terms nobody reads protect nobody.
Two different things happen here
This is the most important section and it is first for that reason.
For some journeys, Orlero sells you the ticket. You pay us, we make the booking with the operator as your agent, and the ticket is issued to you through us. Where that is what is happening, the price is the price you pay and the checkout is ours.
For other journeys, Orlero compares and then hands you over. We show you the departure and send you to the operator or retailer who actually sells it. You pay them, your contract is with them, their terms and their refund rules apply, and we are not a party to it. Where that is what is happening, the button says so and names who you are going to.
Prices shown for journeys we do not sell are indicative. They are built from real operators and real schedules and they are not a fare anyone has committed to. We label them as indicative and we will not take a payment for one.
When we are your agent
For journeys we sell, we act as an agent for the operator or supplier who will carry you. The contract of carriage is between you and them, and their conditions of carriage apply to the journey itself: what happens if it is delayed, what luggage you may bring, what happens if you miss it.
Our responsibility is to take your booking accurately, pass it on correctly, issue what we said we would issue, and take and refund money correctly. We take that responsibility seriously and we do not disclaim it.
Prices and fees
The price shown includes taxes and the fees we know about at the time it is shown, and our own service fee is always a separate line rather than folded into the fare.
We re-check the price with the supplier before you pay. If it has moved by a small amount we absorb the difference. If it has moved by more than that, we stop and tell you what it is now, and you decide.
Where you pay in a currency other than the one the supplier settles in, the conversion and the margin on it are shown to you before you pay.
Changes, cancellation and refunds
What you may change or cancel, and what it costs, is set by the fare you bought. Those rules are shown before you pay and we do not add conditions of our own afterwards.
Where we sold you the ticket, cancel through us and we will process the refund the fare entitles you to. A refund is returned to the method you paid with.
Where we handed you over to another retailer, cancel with them. We cannot cancel a booking we did not make and do not hold.
Statutory rights, including passenger rights on delay and cancellation under the law of the country you travel in, are yours whatever a fare rule says and nothing here limits them.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign in details to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has them.
You must give accurate traveller details. Operators check names against identity documents and a mismatch can invalidate a ticket, which is a cost we cannot recover for you.
You may close your account whenever you like. Bookings already made survive it, because the operator still has to carry you.
Using the site
Search it, compare on it, book on it, link to it. That is what it is for.
Do not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other people, resell our search results, or present our data as somebody else’s. Do not attempt to interfere with the service or with other people’s accounts.
The schedules, operator information and route data on Orlero are assembled from public and licensed sources and are provided for comparison. They are the best we have and they are not a guarantee that a service will run.
How we make money
We charge a service fee on journeys we sell, and it is always shown as its own line.
When we hand you to another retailer, we may be paid a commission if you buy. That never changes what you are shown or the order it is shown in: the ranking is driven by what you asked for, and our margin is not one of the things it optimises. Links that pay us are marked.
Where our responsibility ends
We are not responsible for the operation of the journey itself, which is the carrier’s, or for what happens on another company’s site after we hand you over.
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude. Nothing in these terms takes away a right you have as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. If a change matters to you we will say so on this page and date it. A change never applies retrospectively to a booking already made.
